To use the Help Desk section you must be a registered user. 

This is a free service provided for our customers and prospects to submit  work requests. We read every request and provide feedback promptly. We usually monitor incoming request up to 2:00am eastern time and the system issues a message to various cellular phones in case we are not in the office. If you are not a registered user please select the New User option to create a profile.
